Jason Campbell, OTR - Director

Jason graduated from Keuka College in 1996. He worked at the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Rochester, New York, for approximately two years before relocating to New Jersey. Jason has provided pediatric therapy services in the Essex County area since 1997. He is Sensory Integration Certified through the University of Southern California and Western Psychological Services; a certified provider for the Listening Program, Therapeutic Listening, and Somonas Sound Therapy; and a certified CPI instructor.

Jason has completed extensive amounts of staff training for school districts as well as in-service trainings for parent groups. Jason also completes a large number of second opinion and independent occupational therapy evaluations for school districts and parents at their request. In addition, Jason has a strong background in behavioral intervention within the scope of occupational therapy practice.

Jason has received recognition for his dedication and expertise in the field of pediatric occupational therapy from several organizations, including the New Jersey Association of Occupational Therapy. He has been named "Outstanding Medical Services Provider" by Family Magazine® of Essex County for several years, including 2013.

Christopher Paserchia, PT, DPT, CSCS - Strategic Partner
Christopher is the Director of Pediatric Physical Therapy at the Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cook College, Rutgers University in Exercise Science and Sports Studies. In 2005, Chris received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Chris is licensed as a physical therapist by the New Jersey State Board of Physical Therapy and is an active member of both the national and state chapters of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Estelle Solomon, CCC, SLP - Strategic Partner
Estelle is the founder and director of Solomon Therapeutics and Resource Specialists (STARS). 
Matt Schinelli - Strategic Partner
Matt is the founder of NJ All People Equal, LLC.  NJAPE advocates for inclusive recreation, fitness, adapted physical education, and wellness services for individuals who are differently abled.  

Our Therapists

Trudy Bier, PT
Trudy graduated with a BS in Physical Therapy from SUNY Buffalo in 1985. She received her Pediatric NDT certification in 1992. Trudy has been working with children from infancy through adolescence in the hospital, school and home settings for the past 27 years, both in New York and New Jersey. She joined the team at Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center in the fall of 2011.
Sharon Cimbol, PT
Sharon graduated in 1987 from Boston University with a BS in Physical Therapy. She completed her Pediatric NDT Certification in 1994. Sharon has worked with infants, children and adolescents in the hospital, school and home settings for the past 25 years in New York and New Jersey. She has worked with Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center since the summer of 2011.
Stephanie DeVoe, OT
Stephanie DeVoe received a BS in exercise science from Rutgers University. She then went on to complete her MS in occupational therapy at Kean University. Stephanie completed an internship at Essex County Health Center in a psychosocial setting. Experience has also been gained in rehabilitation at a Tender Touch facility. Stephanie has been working with the pediatric population for 2 years in educationally-based and clinically-based settings. She is certified in CPI and Sensory Integration.
Ileene Hall, OT
Ileene is certified by the National Board of Certification as a registered occupational therapist.  She is licensed by the State of New Jersey as an occupational therapist and a certified occupational therapist assistant.   Ileene has a Master of Science from Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY and has completed her fieldwork at Felician School for Exceptional Children, NJ and Care One in NJ.   Prior to receiving her undergraduate and master degree, Ileene worked for Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center treating students in Wayne Schools, Cedar Grove Schools, Caldwell-West Caldwell Schools, Banyan Schools, The Children's Institute and The Sawtelle School as a certified occupational therapy assistant.  Ileene's experience has included and continues to include working with children from pre-school to high school with various disabilities in schools and medical setting.  Prior to joining Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center, Ileene graduated from Union County College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science as a certified occupational therapist assistant. Utilizing the sensory integration approach with current occupational therapy treatment practices in both educational and medical settings, is included in Ileene's treatment approach.
Alan J. Long, Jr., OT, OTD
A.J. is an occupational therapist licensed by the State of New Jersey. He graduated from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2001. Clinical fieldwork was completed in the Hawthorne School District through Rickard Rehabilitation, HealthSouth of Northfield, New Jersey and with the Collaborative Support Services and Mental Health Association of South Jersey. A.J. pursued additional training and completed an Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree from the University of Saint Augustine, which was conferred in 2008. In 2009, he completed coursework for an assistive technology certificate from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and later returned to complete training as a CarFit Technician. A.J. joined the staff at Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center full time in 2002, working with students in both the medical and education treatment models. In 2003, he began working full time as the district occupational therapist for the Wyckoff School System, allowing him to work closer to home and spend more time with his family. He is pleased to have the opportunity to continue working part time after school in the outpatient office.
Heather Blackwell Long, PT, DPT
Heather is a physical therapist licensed by the State of New Jersey with a passion for pediatrics. She graduated from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2002. Fieldwork was completed at Hackensack University Medical Center, Bergen County Special Services School District and Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, New Jersey. Upon graduation, Heather worked for Bergen County Special Services School District, supporting students with multiple disabilities whose needs could not be met in their home school district. Her dedication to the students was recognized and she was honored as a recipient of the 2006 New Jersey Governor’s Teacher Award. Heather was able to return to her alma mater for a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree, which was conferred in 2009. Upon graduation, Heather joined the Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center staff. She has also worked as an independent contractor, providing pediatric home care and school based physical therapy services for local school districts. Heather now enjoys working part time in the physical therapy profession while thoroughly enjoying her full time job as a mom of two.
Tina-Marie Martini, MS, OTR
Tina-Marie received both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2009 and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2011 from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Following graduate school, Tina-Marie worked in a sub-acute facility, where she treated adult and geriatric patients during their rehabilitation and long-term care. Although she enjoyed working with this population, her passion is, and always has been, working with pediatric patients. She is currently a full-time employee at a private school, where she works with children who have autism and other developmental disabilities. Tina-Marie began working at Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center in March 2013, where she provides occupational therapy to school-aged children.
Stacy Potkulski, PT, DPT, MSCS, RPSF-C
Stacy graduated with her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2008.  She then continued to pursue her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and graduated from Northeastern University in 2012.  She is a Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Specialist and is certified in the use of Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) with neurologically impaired populations.  Stacy is licensed as a physical therapist by the NJ State Board of Physical Therapy.  She is an active member in the national and state levels of the American Physical Therapy Association.  
Carina M. Torres, PT, DPT
In 2012, Carina earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Newark. Her clinical experience includes orthopedics, pediatrics and neurological conditions, including brain trauma and stroke. Carina volunteers her time each year to Special Olympics New Jersey. In the past, she has assisted with their Young Athletes Program, which is designed to meet the physical and developmental needs of children in the areas of physical activity and play with an emphasis on sports skill development. Carina is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, both at the state and national level and an active participant in their Pediatrics Section.
